The Administrative Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of budget, finance, personnel, strategic plan and administrative services of the Section of Rheumatology in the Department of Medicine. Finance Management. Oversee Section budget process, prepare budget and all related analyses for annual budget submission to DOM. Monitor budget performance and manage Section expenditures within the funding guidelines. Recommend adjustments to spending, correct variances. Negotiate clinical contracts and oversee and/or approve clinical research contracts. In addition, responsible for creating and maintaining clinical dashboards, tracking of wRVUs, clinical sessions and monitor reve
