Clinical Associate - Rheumatology #MED181

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Rheumatology, is seeking a full-time rheumatologist for appointment as a Clinical Associate for a renewable two-year term. Clinical responsibilities will include seeing outpatients in general rheumatology clinics at our on-site clinics in the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM) and at off-site locations, including our new state of the art Centers for Advanced Care in Orland Park, River East and/or South Loop in Chicago. In addition, the appointee will serve on the inpatient consult service at the Hyde Park campus. This position does not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications. Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have an medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in rheumatology.
