In collaboration with Denver Health's rheumatology division chief, any rheumatologist employed at Denver Health is responsible for participation on the clinical practice team.
1. Clinical Practice - Maintains an active clinical rheumatology practice. Meets organization benchmarks regarding productivity, quality goals and patient satisfaction2. Works with designated Denver Health Rheumatology Division Chief in oversight of operations of the clinical team, including productivity, quality of care, patient experience and staff / provider engagement. Monitors and aligns performance with Denver Health strategic pillars. Assists in recruiting providers. 3. Scholarly Activity, including Clinical Research and Educational activities. Time allocated above 10% will be based on ability to bring in external grant funding to cover this time. Works with Denver Health Rheumatology Division Chief of service to support relevant academic work at clinical site.

Able to effectively manage and direct medical staff while providing quality medical care, able to analyze, interpret and act upon relevant clinical and financial data that pertain to the practice. 5. Able to interact effectively with people of varied educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, skill levels and value systems. 8. Demonstrated history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, providers, administrators and patients.
* Doctorate Degree (Required) 1. Graduate of an approved medical school, completion of an accredited residency program, and accredited rheumatology fellowship2. Board Certification in rheumatology
