Job Responsibilities: Principal duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Carry out research in collaboration with Brian Fife, PhD
Perform and direct research projects focused on immunological tolerance and autoimmune diabetes
Increase technological expertise in the production of pMHC antibodies
Candidate will be expected to submit papers for publication annually, and be competitive in grant writing, with the expectation to submit an application for a K award and other career development awards within the first three (3) years of employment. Candidate will also participate in the teaching of medical students, graduate students, university undergraduates, as well as research technicians within the laboratory of Dr. Brian Fife.
Required Qualificaitons: PhD in related field, Biochemistry preferred, and a publication record.
