Cleveland Clinic’s Rheumatology Program is one of the largest in the country and was recently ranked No. 2 nationally by U.S. News and World Report. The pharmacy department is recruiting an ambulatory rheumatology pharmacist position to establish an ambulatory clinic practice supporting our main campus rheumatology physicians. This pharmacist will operate under a consult agreement with the ability to add, modify, and discontinue medication therapy for multiple rheumatologic conditions. Ideal candidates have experience in managing rheumatologic conditions under consult agreement.
